Delete your Sahi Setu account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by asking us.
From the app
- Open Sahi Setu and sign in with your mobile number.
- Go to your account settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. You can download a copy of your data first.
Without the app
Email support@sahisetu.com from any address, with the subject "Delete my Sahi Setu account" and your registered mobile number. We will verify that the request comes from you, usually with a one-time code sent to that number, before deleting anything.
What is deleted, and what we keep
- Your account and the personal data in it are deleted as described in our privacy policy.
- Records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records, are kept for the period the law requires, and then deleted.
- Anything you have already shared with someone else, for example with a household member, stays with them.
